April 1st is Just Around the Corner

What a beautiful Vernal Equinox of a day!

I had a lovely afternoon, meeting with April's artists, Lisa Dear and Ms Noble! The excitement is beginning to set in as we look forward to beautiful work to be shown here at Salome. Lisa will be displaying watercolored illustrations of Uniponys and perhaps even Whales, as well as her notorious Panty-hose creatures. Yep, panty-hose creatures! And Julie Noble is taking over the nook to install a "future reality" hovel. She has been researching Portland's past and looking to the future, imaging its inhabitants. Both are using gorgeous palette of colors. We are looking forward to the transformation to begin!
